Seeing lives transformed by the power of holistic health is something that thrills my soul! I am sold out on the idea that the vast, vast majority of the health problems we struggle with today are a result of lifestyle as opposed to genetics or bad luck. The thousands of hours of research I've done and the people I've served over the years have only confirmed this. Also, having come from a background of severe gastrointestinal problems, anxiety and chronic fatigue myself, I experienced many failures in the conventional medical model. I am proof that when we remove interference and let the body self-heal the way God designed it to is a game changer!

Nothing would give me greater joy than coming alongside you! I will get in the trenches with you and help guide you in the baby steps needed in your day-to-day that add up over time to create life transforming habits. That's where the magic happens! Every single cell that makes up the body is created by the foods we feed it. If we truly want a thriving body, we have to minimize the "fake food" and embrace foods that are nourishing. Therefore we work hard to cram in clean nutrient-rich whole foods while crowding out the empty calories focusing on a diversity of macro-nutrients daily.

STRESS MANAGEMENT

Stress and anxiety are very much a part of our lives these days. We can't escape it so we must learn how to manage it. There are absolutely no benefits to stress. In fact, it robs us of our health and steals our joy.

COMMUNITY

If we truly want to create a healthy lifestyle we must have like-minded women to lock arms and take the journey with us. The road isn't always easy, but it is ALWAYS more enjoyable when you share the experience with others and have them holding you accountable to the goals you want to achieve.

POSITIVE MINDSET

Your body goes where your mind takes it.  Those who embrace growth and practice gratitude are proven to live longer and healthier. We must embrace the journey even more than the destination because that is where true joy and results occur.

DETOXING

We live in a world that exposes us to over 80,000 different toxins; many of which are in our "fake" foods. We all have a toxic bucket (some are bigger than others) that fills up over time and when it gets full, chronic disease such as cancer, diabetes, etc occur. Since it is impossible to avoid all toxins, we must embrace regular detoxing to empty our bucket and never get it to the over-flowing stage.

MOVEMENT

Exercise is essential to our overall well-being. Thankfully, because it only contributes 15% of our total results, studies show that we really only need about 20-30 minutes of a HIIT type workout 4-5 days a week. Plugging into an accountability group is extremely helpful to make this a priority with the busy lives we often lead.
