This was a labor of love that I hope you find helpful and enjoy! After studying more than one hundred dietary theories, I realized there is no one-size-fits-all way to eat. But there are some things everyone can do to improve their health through nutrition. This is my nutrition blueprint; the way I eat every day of my life.
